Sadie is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). With a strong commitment to client care and professionalism, Sadie is dedicated to helping others improve their overall health and well-being through evidence-informed massage therapy. Known for her compassionate approach and attention to detail, Sadie works with clients to create personalized treatment plans that address a wide range of conditions—from injury recovery and chronic pain to stress management and relaxation. Outside the clinic, Sadie enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, playing golf, traveling, and unwinding with a good movie!
